To determine dominant learning style, VAK learning style model uses 3 crucial receivers:

- The visual,
- The auditory
- The kinesthetic

Visual learners have a better retention of information which comes from images or charts.
Auditory learners is in which a person learns through listening.
Kinesthetic learners is when a person learn through carrying out an activity.

This dominant style is then define as the best way a person can learn and absorb the information which are being taught to them.



Visual learners,

1. learn and understand their tasks better when someone demonstrates to them.
2. study better with mindmaps for them to see.
3. notice details.
4. would rather watch than talk to do.
5. supplement textual information with as many pictures as possible.


Auditory learners,

1. read aloud.
2. pay attention in lesson when the teacher is speaking.
3. remembers names.
4. are distracted with background noise.
5. learn better by questioning.

Kinesthetic learners,

1. participate and learn better in activities which requires them to move.
2. doodles often.
3. highlight their notes frequently.
4. likes to try new things.
5. spin their pens during lecture.
